Sales advisors had completed their product training for a new range of Electric Vehicles. Their product knowledge was good but customers who were purchasing left feedback about their use of a new type of vehicle. Should they change their driving style? What hot tips should they know? Winter must be different but what is there to be aware of? The teams were always busy and had very little time to perfect those key questions!

We spent some time with the teams trying to understand what their days looked at and when they would have time to test each others knowledge. We also knew that the types of facts customers wanted to know were simple…but plentiful!
Solve>
We designed a simple board game, based on snakes and ladders but themed with Electric Chargers and fuel pumps! When landing on one of these, teams had to test their customer FAQ knowledge by answering some questions. This was a simple solution that teams could play when they stopped for a few minutes and could add more cards with facts as time went on!

Fun Factor:
We added a few Lego pieces to play the game with because…who doesn't love Lego!
